The Holy Spirit is Love in essence. In order for His virginal Spouse, His “alter ego”, to be like Him, She could only have a soul wholly made of love. And the encounter of these two loves engendered the unprecedented grace which transformed fainthearted men into heroes of faith!
Represented in the flame that hovered over each of the Apostles was really the grace of certainty granted to them of how loved they were by God and Our Lady.
