Colombia – On September 2, the Church of Our Lady of Fatima in Tocancipá welcomed the Most Rev. Héctor Cubillos Peña, Bishop of Zipaquirá, who administered the Sacrament of Confirmation to young people from both the male and female sector of the Heralds of the Gospel.
