Spain – Spain – Archbishop Francisco Cerro Chaves of the Diocese of Toledo, visited the Heralds of the Gospel community in Camarenilla, and presided over a Mass for the eternal repose of those who have died during the pandemic. Accompanying him was the Parish priest, Fr. Ignacio del Moral, and the Episcopal Vicar for Consecrated Life, Fr. Raúl Muelas Jiménez.

Mexico – On September 7, numerous families consecrated themselves to Our Lady, participating by internet or in person, during a Mass celebrated by Fr. Javier Pérez Beltrán, EP, in St. Mary of Guadalupe Capuchin Parish, next to the Shrine. Following Mass, Eucharistic Adoration was held, with the recitation of the Holy Rosary.

Paraguay – Herald missionaries carried the Pilgrim statue of Our Lady of Fatima to the National Hospital of Itauguá, on September 23. Her presence was particularly appreciated as she passed through the COVID-19 care ward. Fr. Manuel Rodríguez Sancho, EP, administered the Sacraments to those who desired them.

Italy – A procession was organized to beseech the maternal protection of Mary for the victims of COVID-19 in the area surrounding the Marian Shrine in Borbiago di Mira. And in the vicinity of Rome, Herald missionaries distributed supplies to needy families in the village of Maglianella

Colombia – After remaining closed for over six months during the pandemic, Our Lady of Fatima Church in Tocancipá resumed Eucharistic Celebrations for the public, while upholding distancing and prevention norms, and is once again offering daily Sacramental assistance to the faithful.

Dominican Republic – On September 13 , Herald Cooperators participated in the festivities in honour of the Patroness of Our Lady of Sorrows Parish (photo at left), at the invitation of the pastor. And on October 3, the devotion of the First Saturdays was resumed in the University Parish of Our Lady of the Annunciation.

São Paulo – Continuing the “Quarantine, Faith and Charity” Campaign, members of the Shrine Apostolate distributed basic supply packages and food staples at Our Lady of Lourdes Home in São Paulo (photo at left), and at St. Vincent de Paul Parish, in the Municipality of Francisco Morato (photo at right).

Cariacica (Espirito Santo State) – On the Solemnity of Our Lady of the Assumption, 28 persons made their consecration to the Blessed Virgin according to the method of St. Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort, after a preparation course of several weeks’ duration. This time, the classes were transmitted online due to the quarantine, but participation in the Mass was in person.

Cuiabá – This house of the Heralds in this Western Brazilian city maintained pastoral activities to the degree possible. At left, consecration ceremony of fifteen people as slaves of love to the Blessed Virgin; at right, Fr. Maurício de Oliveira Sucena, EP, administering the Sacrament of Baptism.

Fortaleza – Fr. Paulo Sérgio Martins, EP, has regularly administered the Anointing of the Sick to those who are in need of it, both in private homes (photos 1 and 2), and in health care institutions, such as St. Charles Hospital (photo 3).

Mogi das Cruzes (SP) – Responding to the invitation of the local pastor, Fr. José Luis de Zayas, EP, celebrated a Holy Mass in St. Anne’s Cathedral on the eve of the feast of the Patroness of Brazil, Our Lady of Aparecida. the Choir and Orchestra of the Heralds’ Major Seminary helped to solemnize the ceremony, with Fr. Hugo Ochipinti, EP, conducting.

Atibaia (SP) – On October 11, Bishop Sérgio Aparecido Colombo, of Bragança Paulista diocese, presided over the renewal of “Speak Lord” community’s commitments, and blessed the new altar in the Chapel of Our Lady of the Rosary, entrusted to the pastoral care of this Association of diocesan right.
