Our Lady is present in the uninterrupted struggle that each man wages against his defects, to acquire greater virtues. And even if we do not remember her, Mary intercedes for us from the heights of Heaven, with a mercy that no kind of sin can ever exhaust.
For it is proper to the grandeur of the Mother of God, in whom everything is admirable and extraordinary, to be an immense and perfect refuge. As long as the sinner turns to her, the Blessed Virgin, full of goodness, protects him, grants him every manner of forgiveness, cleanses his soul, strengthens him to practice virtue and transforms him from a prodigal son into a good and faithful man.
