How can we reconcile the image of such a strong, incomparable, and supreme Jesus, with that of a Jesus so merciful and accessible to the little ones?
How can we fathom that in this newborn Child in Bethlehem, whose soul contains all the sweetness and innocence that can be imagined or conceived, we already behold the Hero whose sufferings will amaze humanity until the end of the world?
In Our Lord, these and many other perfections were harmonized in an ineffable way. He is far greater than our field of vision.
