t the Visitation, St. Elizabeth had knowledge, through a gift from the Divine Holy Spirit, of the Child Jesus’ presence in the maternal cloister of Our Lady.
True Catholics also receive, in some measure, graces similar to this. If they correspond, they acquire a sense by which they perceive where God is present and where He is not, when things are according to God and when they are not.
This sense does not demand a vast culture, great intelligence or deep theological knowledge; it is enough to be faithful to the grace of Baptism.
